Everything is energy and imagination. Whatever you can imagine, you can create in your life. You can make it a reality. But it takes energy.

Your energy comes from your heart. Your true energy. As a human, you have different energy sources. The most powerful source of energy is your heart.

This allows you to push yourself way beyond normal physical limits. It allows you to use your imagination and not get distracted or feel tired.

For it is when you are feeling tired, that you stop creating. You stop moving. Everything slows down. Your vibration turns into low energy.

You can’t be bothered to go out for a walk or go to gym or go for a swim. When you access this different energy system then you have endless energy.

It feeds your brain and your imagination. Take 10 minutes and just sit and imagine for a moment, without distraction. What could you create in your life if you had no limits.

You had no physical or monetary or time limits. What experience would you create for yourself in this life.

If you stopped allowing your internal beliefs that you are not good enough or not capable or that everything has to be perfect to lead the narrative.

Imagine for a moment that you had endless energy and endless power and strength. Endless love. What would you create that you will never get bored of.

What really lights your fire in your belly and your heart. What can you imagine doing for the rest of your life and love it.

Love the fulfilment it brings you. That deep down sense of fulfilment and contentment knowing that you are living out your purpose in this lifetime of yours.

This vision using your imagination will be different for each of you. There is no right and wrong. There is no judgement.

There is just exploring your imagination and expanding it way beyond anything you have done before.

Will you meet up with extraterrestrials and fly around with them in their space ship. Explore their way of life. Explore the universe and all the planets. Go and sit on Pluto.

Go way beyond into different galaxies and explore. Or perhaps stay on earth and explore tunnels and rivers that flow beneath the earth.

Or explore our oceans, endlessly seeking what lies beneath the waves. Or create your idea of paradise. Endless, white beaches. Sunshine, palm trees.

Beautiful lagoons and crystal clear, deep blue sea. Perhaps you wish to create your own city, full of hustle and bustle. Bars full of excited people chatting and connecting.

Perhaps a rollercoaster that goes a mile into the sky and swoops down into a river before endlessly twisting and spiraling. It’s your imagination to play with.

But it all starts with imagining what you would love to do for the rest of your life if you had no limits and endless energy.

Simply imaging endless energy will in itself give you more energy. And the more you move and live your life, the more you will have access to.

The more you use and open your heart, the more you will love the world around you.
